No new device at BlackBerry World 2012 No new device at BlackBerry World 2012Research In Motion (RIM) wrote emails about BlacBerry World 2012 which will be scheduled between May 1st to May 3rd, in Orlando, Florida and its topics. However, they did not reveal certain important information. They did not disclose anything about any new item or device.

A reliable company spokesperson informed in simple and plain language that the company does not intend to introduce any BlackBerry 10 hardware. He clarified that BlackBerry World will show the OS 10 built on QNX.

RIM had informed that BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha Hardware would be handed over to Jam attendees. But he could not say whether the devices would be final.

BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha Hardware is not a smartphone but a prototype of modified version of BlackBerry Playbook OS, which will be useful for the developers in designing the app for the smartphone.

They will be, no doubt, available in the stores with effect from August. But it is doubtful, to the disappointment of the fans, whether they would be able to have a glimpse of it before that.

However there is no doubt that the new operating system will have plenty of surprises

As far as the apps are concerned, there may be some which ill easily furnish information on break out sessions, speakers and sponsors of the conference.

There may be even an agenda builder which will be of use to the customer. An event message feature that provides information about conference updates may also be included. In addition, there is likely to be access to social channels so that nothing will be missed.
