Apple removes 4G from Their iPad 4G

Apple removes 4G from Their iPad 4G Apple removes 4G from Their iPad 4GFollowing constant grievances from customers stating that Apple’s third iPad 4G that was released has forced the company to rename their device. The complaint was that both the name and the advertisements talking about the gadget have been rather deceptive. Therefore the company has dropped the term 4G from the name iPad 4G.

The latest of the iPads can be availed of together with compatibility to Wi-Fi only and also Wi-Fi and mobile broadband. The predecessors to the new iPad consisted of support for the most commonly utilized 3G data network systems that were offered by every network in the United Kingdom.

In fact Apple had advertised that the new iPad would support 4G in spite of the fact that there were no 4G networks available in the country when the advertisements were given.

Another point to keep in mind is that even at a latter date when the 4 G network happens to be launched in the country the latest iPad would not be supported by it for the simple reason that Other than the UK many other nations also utilize frequencies that are entirely different from the frequencies used in the United States.

A handful of user in the UK got in touch with the Advertising Standards Authority to make complaints that the 4G names were ambiguous.

Apple has since revised what people should do and say at online stores and said that they were given the choice of either Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi and cellular models and also points out that the devise would function well with quick data mobile networks.
